If you plan to serve food to the public at an event in Randolph, the Board of Health requires you to complete and submit a Temporary Food Event Application to the Randolph Health Department. You will find the link to this application on the next section of this page.
If you are coordinating a large public event with multiple food vendors, the Board of Health requires you to first complete and submit the Coordinator for Temporary Food Event Application, listing all vendors anticipated to be at the event, and each vendor must submit their own Temporary Food Event Application to the Health Department. The permit for a temporary food event is good for up to seven (7) days.
